Our mobile notary services feature agents that come to you, at your convenience. It’s our goal to take the hassle out of finding a notary, so you can always get the signing services you want, exactly where and when you need them. We will help you get a document authenticated. It could be a power of attorney, a medical document, a business agreement, real estate documents, a bill of sale, or a will. Contact us of all your notary needs.

Our Mobile Notary Publics administer oaths and affirmations, witness signatures, certify copies of legal documents like birth certificates, and more.

They are the state-appointed officials who are authorized to serve as witnesses to legal agreements and documents. Their presence is often required to validate identities and witness the signatures on vital proceedings from daily life.

Buying and selling homes is no easy task. There are dozens of documents required for even the simplest of closings — and most of these require a notary’s stamp.

Like other legal documents, it’s essential to have a precise real estate closing to ensure that the contractors agree with the bounds of the contract. With transactions that include multiple parties, like a buyer and a seller, a mobile notary can help you by adding convenience. You can schedule a mobile notary to meet you at one location, or the notary can meet each party at a different location and then bring the completed documents to you.

Home lenders, title companies, and attorneys generally require notary services but don’t always keep one staffed. This means they have to take time to seek out a notary that’s available around the client’s needs, which can be a challenging arrangement to make. The good news is that it’s never been easier to find a mortgage notary.

There are many things that need to be done after a person passes away, and the only way to ensure that a deceased person’s wishes are met is to complete a will, trust, or deed. These are legal documents that verify what to do after death, including funeral preferences and dividing assets. A notary public needs to validate these documents for them to be deemed authentic

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions

Notary publics serve critical roles: they are the state-appointed officials who are authorized to serve as witnesses to legal agreements and documents. Their presence is often required to validate identities and witness the signatures on vital proceedings from daily life.

Notary publics can also administer oaths and affirmations, witness signatures, certify copies of legal documents like birth certificates, and more.

Having a document notarized is a straightforward process for the most part. You bring the notary the document, he or she verifies your identity, and then the notary watches as you sign it.

To ensure the process goes as planned, though, you’ll need to bring a few basic items to the signing.

Here’s how you get a document notarized and what you need to bring:

  • Have an acceptable form of identification.
  • Fill out and bring the document that needs to be signed.
  • Be ready with payment for notary fees.
  • Ensure all parties involved in the signing are present.

Accepted forms of identification for having notarial services performed include the following:

  • State-issued driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. military identification card
  • Resident alien identification card (green card)
  • U.S. passport
  • Inmate ID
  •

Unaccepted forms of identification may include the following:

  • Birth certificates
  • Social security cards
  • School identification cards
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards

If the signer DOES NOT HAVE VALID ID: you will need to provide 2 individuals who are over 18 years old, with proper identification, who are not beneficiaries of the document and who under oath will verify the identification of the signer

*SIGNER(S) MUST BE COHERENT. BE ABLE TO SIGN FULL NAME.

If you are unable to obtain an acceptable form of identification, you may be able to verify your identify to the notary public through a credible witness. A credible witness is a person who knows the signer of the document and can vouch for his or her identity.

But a signer can’t use a credible witness for the sake of convenience. If a signer accidentally left his or her driver’s license at home, for instance, they can’t let a friend or family member vouch for their identify. The only time when a credible witness is allowed is when the signer has no form of acceptable identification, and the signer can not reasonably obtain an acceptable form of identification.

Credible witnesses are required to sign an affidavit which states:

  • The signer of the document is known to the credible witness.
  • The credible witness believes the signer of the document does not possess an acceptable form of identification.
  • The credible witness believes the signer of the document is reasonably unable to obtain an acceptable form of identification.
  • The credible witness has no financial interest or incentive for the document’s execution.
